The Backfill of the foundation happened today. Before we complete the backfilling the drain system and the septic system need to be installed.
The drain system has been designed to get the ground water from the road side of the house to the lake side.
Alpers Excavating moving allot of dirt.
The framing is still going.
The existing lower level block wall has been removed. This is where the new slider will be installed to exit the existing lower level.
The septic field and the tank have been set and connected.
The garage has been backfilled and the final grades are being established.
The back fill and septic started at 8am today. At 5:30 pm the septic was completed....the drain system was installed....the driveway was graveled and the "working" grade has been completed. Not a bad days work. |
