The trusses are in place and the new roof has been felted.

There are at least two layers of shingles on the existing roof that will be removed when the framing has been finished.

The entry side elevation.  The gable of the entry will be filled in with a wall that will have a siding and trim detail.

The columns at the entry will be wrapped with cedar to create the large column that is desired.

This is the wall of the lakeside of the cottage.  The patio needs to be looked at and the design set so this can be started.  There is 12" from the floor level to the current grade level.

The well is 14'-0" from the house wall and is 18'-0" from the bedroom end of the house.

The new foundation has crawl vents placed.  They will have treated timbers placed to create a well around them and the grade will be placed around that.

We will be installing the windows next week along with getting the shingles removed and the new shingles placed.
