New Fireplace for:

Sean and Blythe Skarshaug -  Traverse City, Michigan

We have removed an existing fireplace and are replacing that with a new gas fireplace with a stone facing.

March 9, 2006 - We are almost finished.

There is a bit more to do with drywall but we have the trims and mantle

       

         

         

         

March 2, 2006 - Archway trims have been installed.

We have completed the installation of the Archways at the entrance to the kitchen and the bedroom areas.

The appearance has changed from not having the archways at the openings.  We are currently preparing these to get stained and finished

There are 52 pcs of wood in each arch.

February 8, 2006 - Project Status

  The archway into the kitchen and the bedroom areas will be trimmed with oak and an Archway.    

We have completed the demo of the old and have the framing of the new in place.  The drywall and the stone are next.

There is an archway above the fireplace that will be a location for a print.  We have also placed a can light at the peak of the arch to accent that item.
